Dear Incoming Fifth Grader,

All supplies are not due on the first day of school. Please have everything in by Friday, September 10th.

·       erasable pens (black or blue only)    

·       index cards (3x5)

·       sharpened pencils

·       sharp scissors

·       2 highlighters                                   

·       plastic supply box

·       thin colored markers                       

·       3 textbook covers

( paper bags are fine)

·       thick colored markers                          

·       Elmers glue

·       1 box of tissues

·       glue stick

·       Post-it notes (1 med size)

·       thin black marker

·       scotch tape

·       pencil sharpener                              

·       colored pencils or crayons

·       smock (an old shirt is perfect)

·       4 tennis balls (please cut an “x” into each one so that they will fit on the bottom of your child’s chair. This eliminates unnecessary noise in the classroom

·       1 strong ruler with inches and centimeters-not bendable

Notebooks and Folders

Make  sure you put your name and class on each notebook and folder.  Please label your folders and notebooks as follows:

1 Notebook and 1 Folder for each area
